We (our group of 4) showed up 15 minutes early for the tour. As it got closer to departure time, there were 30 - 40 people at least going on the tour with more walking by trying to join. We decided that was too many people for a walking tour. We attempted to tell the guide, but he was too busy.
It was our first time in Ghent and our tour was perfect. The right amount of history, information, dining recommendations, local knowledge, mixed with humor.
