Yes, we are so very sorry, unfortunately things happened just as you write, the guide did not turn up.
We have thorough processes in place to stop that from ever happening. Guides check in ahead of time etc. And yet on Saturday afternoon, things went wrong, and we let you down.
We quickly scheduled a replacement tour that same day, I don’t know if you were able to join that extra tour at 5 pm.
Obviously we put guides on our tours – or we wouldn’t be in business. This time, we did fail. And we are very sorry, and we feel our responsibility to our guests.
