Christian was a fantastic guide. He had a great route planned and his stories were wonderful. He really made the city of Girona come alive for us. Definitely loved this walking tour.

I was very bummed that the guide sent a message via What’s App about an hour before the tour to say it was cancelled. Not very professional.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment, it is very frustrating to have your plans changed unexpectedly during your travels. On this day you were the only booking and we need a minimum of 4 people to run the tour. We always wait until 1.5h before the tour, to still allow for last minute bookings to come in, but also give people the chance to change their plans. However, from now on in these cases we will ask whether our guests would like to run he tour even if it’s just them and if yes, we will run it regardless of how many bookings there are. Again our apologies for the inconvenience and we hope you enjoyed your stay in Barcelona regardless.
