Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very sorry you did not enjoy the tour with us.
I will address some of the comments you shared with the company, for transparency. You made valuable points that the tour was a little too packed with history and needed better structure, that have been passed on to the guide so that they can improve.
However, there were some other comments you made which I do not think fairly judged the tour:
- You commented that the guide was not Czech. However, he has lived here for nearly a decade, so is a local. A large majority of guides working in Prague are people who have made the city their adopted home. We have many Czech people join our tours, they are always excited to see the passion we have for their country.
- Secondly, you commented about their American accent. The guide in question has a mild accent. All our guides are adept at making themselves understood by people who join the tours from all over the world. There are also many options for tours in your language (however, these other languages are often paid tours).
- You also commented on group size. The tour that day was a very normal-sized group of 26 people. Free tours are designed to work with slightly larger groups. At Prague Pulse, we limit our group to 30 people – many companies will extend that to 40 or more. Smaller tours are only guaranteed with paid or private tours.
