I grew up in Vancouver. I have lives in a native community. I have visited Stanley Park many times over the years. I have also done GURU tours all over the world. Alex lived up to the standard I have come to expect with GURU tours. He was very knowledgeable, he had a great demeanour, and he was engaging. And I even learnt many facts about Stanley Park. Another great GURU tour.
Louis was very entertaining and presented a lot of information about his community but if you are expecting a tour the focuses on the art, murals and graffiti, the history, and meaning this is not the tour to sign up for.
We have been in MANY GURU tours around the world and this walk with Jay was one of the BEST 2 tours we have ever been on. Jay was so knowledgeable and informative. The 2 hrs flew by, and I could have spent another 2 hrs with him TREMENDOUS!!!
We have participated in Many GURU tours around the world and we always expect excellent tours, and this tour lives up to expectations. Andrea also had to accommodate taking two Spanish speaking tourists at the same time as guiding us as a Spanish tour guide did not show up fir a tour in Spanish so she was put in a difficult situation and she did well. Well done Andrea.
Simon was EXCELLENT! We do not speak Spanish and his English was brilliant. He was full of information and was always able to answer any question we had. We have been on many GUTU yours, mostly in Europe, two here in Colombia, and Simón was one of our better guides. Thank you for making our day!
