100% recomendable , no te vas a repentir
Primera vez que me pasa con guru no asistió a las 11 15 en Plaza Bolivar , le mandamos mensaje a Victor al celular y tampoco respondió, contratamos otro con un tal Jose que era en plaza Catedral y no se presentó a las 15 hs , muy decepcionada con guru Panama .
We showed up at the designated meeting point early and waited 15 min after the start time. We contacted Victor and he replied it was a mistake booking and Guru was supposed to stop bookings. (he had no plans to be there to meet us) Since Guru, notifies the customers as well as the tour guides by email of the booking, saying there was a mistake in booking didn't sound accurate. As there were only 2 of us, we felt it was a case of the guide not wanting to do the tour. If this is truly an issue between the tour guide and Guru, that's one thing, but we were left without any word that this had happened. While Victor gave us a name of another guide, we chose not to contact him as it seemed too late and we were already disappointed with the whole thing
Victor was so knowledgeable; and really did his best to tailor the trip to us. He was excellent!
The guide never show up. What a waste of my time. Do not book through them. There are others walking tours. Sorry being rough on my comments but this is not fun at all.
