After booking the 10.30am tour with Nikola on 1/10 myself and my husband arrived at the meeting point with plenty of time to spare. As it approached 10.30am more people began to gather but Nikola failed to turn up. I even double checked with another guide that we were indeed in the correct place who confirmed that we were. A German man who was waiting as well then came round and announced that the tour was not going to go ahead as he had had a voicemail cancelling from Nikola. I had nothing no text/email or phone call. We decided to tour Belgrade on our own at this point but what was incredibly disappointing was on our way back at 1pm we saw Nikola with another tour. This tour guide is quite obviously unreliable as they were many of us waiting but he only contacted one person but could do another tour later on perhaps he’d overslept!!!
