Jan was absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. His knowledge of Singapore and its day to day life and customs and history and people was inspiring and encyclopaedic! The 3 hours passed in a flash and the little extra touches such as deep fried butterflies and ginger tea which he bought and gave us to try were a pleasant surprise.
