While we enjoyed this tour @ the beautiful historical area with the young guides, it was disappointing that they incorporate the Company’s connections to local vendors which ranged from soft ‘pressure’ to very ‘strong sales tactics’, particularly at the final vendor stop. We support the local economy but strongly object to this; hence why we prefer independent (vs company based), knowledgeable Guru guides who choose to have no specific affiliations.
We were pleased with Jhonatan’s tour, his knowledge & love for his beautiful city/country. It was busy in the streets due to many tourists but he was very mindful of staying safe & the ear piece for him to communicate is an excellent idea! One of our party’s bike chain came off so he was reluctant to change gears but the other bike rentals seemed to work well. Thanks Jonathan!!
