Thank you for taking the time to review our tour. However, we couldn't help but notice that it did not meet your expectations.
You mentioned that there was only one stop related to Harry Potter and that the cruise was only mentioned once. In your private feedback, you stated, "Probably more useful information than recommendation of cruise and Harry Potter." It is important to note that Harry Potter was only mentioned once to highlight its connections with the bookstore described in our Guruwalk profile.
The tour lasts two and a half hours, during which we provide a wealth of information about the city and the history of Portugal. Additionally, we share a long list of diverse recommendations. Given this, a 2-star review seems rather unfair for a guide with multiple years of experience.
We have made several attempts to reach out to you privately to gain a better understanding of your concerns, but unfortunately, we were not successful.
