Very knowledge and fun to talk to, answered all of our questions. We walked for over 4 hours at the end and managed to visit all the important places in the Medina. We entered the Bahia palace, the medrese and the synagogue (all for an extra entrance fee). Very friendly, enthusiastic and experienced guide who kept us engaged all the way until the end of the tour.
We waited at the spot for 15 min with another tourist who had booked the same tour. Unfortunately, the guru did not show up.
