We arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the tour. We saw several people gathered so we knew we were in the right spot. The tour was supposed to start at 10:30, but only the guide was nowhere to be found. I contacted the guide at 10:40 via the guruwalk.com and sent a WhatsApp message. The guide replied an hour and a half later stating that he canceled the tour, but it must not have gotten processed in guruwalks. This was a waste of time and a terrible introduction to Malaysia, even though the tours are free (tip based).
