He canceled 2 minutes after the tour should’ve started. We booked earlier the same day & he was not in town, so I guess if you book early it’s fine.

Can't really comment other than being disappointed that I booked and then it was cancelled the day of after train tickets were purchased

Matt was great! We visited a lot of places, gained insider information, and received detailed recommendations on things to do in Strasbourg. We really enjoyed the tour. Highly recommended!
