Iva was very positive and knowledgeable about her home city of Prague. She had a great energy, smiling all the time, friendly, invited and answered questions. She shared much of her local knowledge and traditions such as the language, Christmas traditions and detailed information about the astrological clock in The Old Town Square. She was very clear in her directions and lead the group safely through some very busy crowds and across busy streets. I would highly recommended Iva.
