We were only 2 people on the tour and James gave us an overall great experience and taste of Zurich. He showed us amazing little and large chocolate stores that we would have otherwise never seen or entered. Thank you for a great time.
The first thing James the tour guide told us is that the free tour costs 20 CHF per person not including another 20 CHF for the chocolate tasting. So we decided not to participate in the tour. This was not written anywhere and if we knew that we wouldn't have come. A waste of our time and very disappointing.
James was very informative and entertaining. We learned more than just chocolates and tasted a wide variety of Swiss chocolates too.
We visited lots of great locations, James was very informative regarding which shops had best specialties. Perhaps a little bit more history & information about the process to make the chocolate would be nice. In addition, it might have been helpful to know that we would be using the tram so that the participants have travel pass.
