This was definitely a pleasant surprise. It is not something I would've found on my own coming to Gerona for the first time. I did the Game of Thrones tour on my own and then learned so much of interest and saw many places I wouldn't have seen on this tour bravo.
Our guide was so knowledgeable and charming. She took us at an excellent pace showing us so much of the history and charm of the city. She introduced us to a family that have owned an old ironwood built home for generations as they were making the very interesting recipe called white rose which is a rice dumpling with shrimp. At the end of the tour she pointed us to an amazing restaurant which also purchases that very good food. Thumbs up
