Laura was excited and eagar to share her knowledge, which was vast. She captivated with humor and took the time to find out a little about all of us on the tour which she utilized to make us feel like a group of friends. We love learning about the history of where we visit and Laura left us with a great understand of Venice and was able to answer unique questions that came up. A most wonderful tour.
