Great tour! It was very informative and insightful. We had a blast roaming through the streets and trying traditional donuts. The tour covers a lot of great information and is well organized. Absolutely recommend taking it if you love history and stunning views!
Booked and confirmed the tour with Ahmed at 2pm. As we were getting ready he started messaging asking if we could meet earlier. We couldn’t because it was a very last minute request. 30 minutes prior to the tour he decides to cancel which left us shocked. To cancel at such short notices was very unprofessional. I tried to ask if we could do it at a later time or meet the tour he wanted to give earlier and he said he wasn’t doing any tours. He even went above and started lying saying that it was better for another day since that day was a holiday and everything was going to be closed. So either 1. He was going to take us on a tour with everything closed and waste our time, or 2. He was lying (he was). We went around the areas of the tour and still managed to do some of the things the tour offered but the level of unprofessionalism from Ahmed was truly awful. Booked a different tour the next day with Riadh, such a better experience. I would recommend trying to book tours with Riadh instead so your time will not be wasted.
