The tour was great but unfortunately he was aggressive and not happy with a USD $13 tip for a free tour and told me so when I was at the ATM which made me feel unsafe. He also changed the starting location and time of the tour. Threatened to cancel. Gave me grief because the other tour guests were paying guests from Viator.

You were the only person who booked the tourand but I did not cancel it!!!! Actually I take full responsibility for not canceling your reservation to avoid this kind of situations!!! As everybody know the guru has every right to cancel if the number of participants is less than the minimum number of attendees (5 walkers in my case, as mentioned in my tour instructions).
I informed you of this point and you begged me not to cancel (I have screenshots of the discussion!!!). During the tour you asked me to take you to a place that was not included in the program and I did it without hesitation. I paid you the entrance fee to the palace/museum. I took some very beautiful photos for you and you have plenty of time for the shots and I never intervened to hurry you up. I also sent you advice for your safety when you were on your way to the meeting point(I took care of you in every detail). It was also me who tipped the woman at the mausoleum who served you candy, you ate the candy and took the photos and you left without giving anything. Besides, I don't know where you get your courage to falsify the facts and lie. Shameful! I didn't understand if the $13 was my fee or to compensate for my expenses??!?!?! On the other hand, you said that I chased you to the ATM... hhhhh unbelievable!!! first of all you paid me your lousy $13 then you asked me if I knew of an ATM in the surroundings and I subsequently accompanied you!!!!! Thank God the couple who were with us can testify to all this! Excuse me but you're just a liar, but a miser too!!!!!
