We arrived on time for 18:00 tour, but the guide never showed up. We texted him/her and after 30 min we got an answer that there were not enough participants. No one bothered to let us know that the tour was cancelled and we waisted 30 precious minutes waiting for no reason. This is really not professional, disappointing and not fair to us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone
Eduard was a great tour guide. very knowledgeable, and the tour is recommended for every new comer to Santo Domingo for initial orientation.
We really enjoyed the tour, and Jaime was great
The tour last over 3 hours, so anyone who is taking it with Jimmy and want to be ready should bring some food
