Elena was fantastic. I was in Liege a month ago and visited some of the places Elena took us to in this walking tour. It’s a completely different experience with a live walking tour guide. Elena expertly blended in history and stories and myths. I got so much out of Liege with Elena as guide than venturing on my own.
Zoe was the only guide in GuruWalk the day I visited. She was very expressive, brought us around various hidden corners (passages) that I might have missed if I wandered around Salzburg by myself. Salzburg old town is small. But with Zoe, she enriched the experience of the visit. Thank you.
Kata is very entertaining in the presentation of the stories throughout the tour. She’s an independent guide so you’re really booking with her and not a company with many guides. She summarizes 1000 years of Hungarian history very well.
Robert is one of the best guides I’ve walked with. He blends history and places with cultural significance with pop culture in a funny and interesting way. 2.5 hours didn’t feel long enough, even though it was a rainy and cold day.
Felipe is a true freelance guide. His tour is his, not shared with others in a company. I find that Felipe blends the history of the Dutch and Amsterdam, past and present very well. His insights into the Red Light District plus the itinerary he walked us through was fantastic. Thank you Felipe.
