I turned up at the meeting point and waited for 20 minutes. I messaged the guide who then informed me that they cancelled the tour due to lack of numbers. No notification was given prior and they wasted a good chunk of my time. Very unprofessional.

Hello, Alexandra, we'd like to offer a public apology for this. We had a miscommunication problem amongs the team and everyone had thought the other had made the announcement of cancellation.
