Lazzaro was so passionate about his city (Berat) He told us all about the history, political news, architecture, legends, food and drinks. The city clearly have no secrets from him! He volunteered to take pictures of us and recommended some spots for the best pictures. We fell in love with the city with all the love he gives to Berat. An amazing guide and an amazing tour! Would recommend Lazzaro 200% of the time!!!
If I could give Lazzaro more than 5 stars I would. We came to Berat in off season and Lazzaro came to give the tour to just the two of us. It was honestly a 10/10 tour. I learnt so much and Lazzaro was great with telling us about local and Albanian history, he also gave us some food and drink recs which were fab.
Lazzaro is a good communicator who will keep you updated and replies quickly. Pace was comfortable and we did manage to cover most of the key areas in Berat.
Lazzaro was an amazing tour guide, he was really knowledgeable and explained the history and the current situtation in Berat very passionately. The route and the duration of the tour was perfect and he also told some very interesting stories about Berat. Most importantly, he didn't cancel the tour because it's currently off season. A true professional at work. Thank you brother!
