Ximena spoke very good English and was well prepared. The 2 hour tour stayed around the Montejo Central Square and was an entertaining tour. I recommend it.
Luke does know his stuff. I learned a lot about graffiti in general, and Palermo’s graffiti in particular. A pretty good tour.
