10.30 24th September 2023 - tour guide arrived late and admitted it was the first time taking an English tour. As such, English spoken was terrible, no one could understand and most of the group left after about 5 minutes. Absolutely terrible all round.

Punctuality is very important to us, but on many occasions it does not depend on our colleagues but on external factors. We apologize if this caused you a serious problem. As for language, it is very common that when more than one language is spoken, and the one being used is not the person's mother tongue, it can be somewhat complicated. For future visits, remember that you can ask the guide if you do not understand something and your doubts will be resolved correctly.

It was awesome. The way he told the story of portugal was really engaging and he was linking pieces of information to another which helped to build the bigger picture. Also he was very funny and chatty!
