It was great to hear information about castles, palaces, and the architecture because the buildings do not have guides or docents. I like to learn about where I visit and ask questions. Teresa was very knowledgeable and we had a fun time.
Diana was a good guide with a lot of knowledge and pictures to help you see the past.
Giancarlo was GREAT! He showed us the city and his enthusiasm for it. He also had great suggestions for after the tour. I just wish we knew how to international banking worked so we could pay him what he was worth.
