I have been is GURU for years and NEVER was a tour guid no show without cancelling prior to the tour. All the more insulting is getting a message asking how I enjoyed the tour yhat NEVER happened

u're right and am really sorry, I can't excuse myself, I didn't see the booking on time, weather has been Rough this days in Panama. Pls don't let this inconvinient affect your time here in my country. Pls keep also in mind that the system send some automated messages, that are not written by the guides
