Our tour guide Elcan was really kind and gentlemanly. He was patient with our hyper kid and clicked photos for us all along. He was smiling all the way and did not hurry one bit. 5 stars to Elcan! 👌🏼
Hi, Nihad, our Guru and their company was very cordial, genuine and well spoken. They had a very well planned walking tour explaining different aspects of the city, the history and the cultural changes it underwent over the years. He was very knowledgable and answered all questions, very well. I would definitely recommend him and their tour company.
Seven of us came to the indicated place, the guide did not show up.
I tried to contact the guru on the guruwalk site to help me reach the meeting point. There was no response. When I reached the meeting point, the guru said there's no walking tour today. So he basically was not there. The guruwalk team should ensure that there is a phone number for us to reach the guide.
Aysu is so nice, patient and has good knowledge about the places she took us around. She is the best!
