I booked the tour 1 hour and a half before and when I arrived the tour guide wasn’t there, he didn’t cancel or replied to any of my messages

We are surprised to find out about this.
The tour took place and there were about 12 people in the tour. It appears to us that you were in a wrong location.
Unfortunately our guide can't stay all the time in the phone once the tour is about to start.
