Han sido varias las oportunidades en que he estado en Asunción. Igualmente, mis amigas y yo disfrutamos de recorrer la ciudad a la luz de los conocimientos y profesionalismo de Víctor. Tiene un manejo y fluidez del inglés (fue un tour bilingüe) que hizo ágil y amena la actividad.
