Primož is enthusiastic about his topic but his lack of English fluency was a huge challenge for us and made for a somewhat boring tour.
WOW Mirjana is literally one of the very best tour guides we've ever had! To be honest, we weren't expecting much of Zagreb but Mirjana brought the history and stories to life with her fun style and irreverent personality. She made sure we were all comfortable going from shade to shade during a heat wave, meanwhile optimizing our spots compared to other tour groups. I was so impressed that she brought us to the noontime cannon shot exactly two minutes before it went off, just enough time for us to get in position. I highly recommend Mirjana, you will be very happy!
Nikola covers an important part of modern Serbian history. But he could do better explaining the Serbian perspective to those who are not as familiar with the local history and perhaps balance it out with opposing views.
