I did this really interesting and funny tour with a group of Brazilians in Portuguese, but our guide José speaks perfectly English and was always aware to translate or speak slowly to make me understand. He was very welcoming and sympathetic and gave a lot of historical, architectural, personal and behind-the-scenes information about Fortaleza! A must do to see the city like a local and enjoy beautiful places! I really enjoyed 3-4 interesting hours :)
