It was absolutely the best tour in Tirana. It’s not just about architecture or art. It’s a point of history from the best angle. It’s definitely underrated as it’s the best guided tour I had in Tirana. By the way the guide’s name was Kadri (I hope it’s right spelling). I also was quite lucky with another tourist on our tour as she asked a million questions and Kadri answered them all in a best possible way.
Rei did an excellent job of explaining past, present and future of Albania’s history. He is a well informed guide and will answer all your questions throughly.
I did the Tirana Free Tour and the Street Art/Architecture tours and liked both, but preferred slightly the Street Art/Architecture tour. It focused more on Tirana, how is was built, history, but also on the political, socio, cultural, econo country situation now. I learned more things than the first one, since the general city tour has more info you can find in museums. The art and Architecture tour had more behind the scenes facts :)
