Got a cancellation email a month ago but then received another message saying tour was on and telling me to go to meeting point! Very confusing. Anyway she didn’t turn up! Not a good first experience with Guru.

Hi Angela, I had informed you way ahead that the tour will not proceed and had advised you to book other free walking tours and I am not sure how you received the automated message as I have not set them. Nevertheless I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
