We arrived at the meeting point at 9.30 (on time) and the guide wasn’t there. Waited a little because it was raining then messaged and called. When he finally responded at 10, he accused us of not turning up, then said he had whatsapped and messaged on guru walk. When I sent through obvious evidence of no attempt of contact, he eventually apologised and said he had tried calling the wrong number to cancel. He then said he would do the tour at 10.45 before making a lot of excuses about the rain and again not doing the tour. Very poor communication and a waste of our only morning in Colombo.
Con Kapila muy buen, muy atento, me informó en todo momento, pero el mal tiempo imposibilitó el tour
Kapila was an excellent guide! He shared so many interesting insights and took us to a lot of great places. The time flew by even though we spent more than three hours together. Highly recommended!
Es war eine tolle Tour - sehr vielfältig! Man kommt an Spots, die man alleine nicht besuchen würde. Kapila hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns Colombo gezeigt. Ich würde die Tour sehr empfehlen :)
