Mi sono presentato con almeno 10 minuti d'anticipo ma non ho trovato nessuno. Penso che la guida deve avere se è presente un simbolo di riconoscimento. Ho girato attorno al punto di ritrovo ma non ho riconosciuto nessuno.

This is meant to be a video tour, but access to the video was never provided. Very poor integration with the booking and the app.

While this walking tour is not convention type, I personally found it very useful and informative for my touring purpose. What I like most is that I could do the tour and watch the videos at my own pace. The videos made by Matteo gave sufficient information about the specific locations and were not too overwhelming, with some fun elements as well. Map was also easy to use and follow. Overall, I think this is a excellent idea from GuruWalk and I would try it out for other places I'll visit as well.
