This is actually addressed to the company - not our guide: first, this tour was huge and should have been broken into 2 groups. Second, we waited for at least 20 minutes at the beginning for several folks who came up, registered with the guide and then left to get coffee. So those of had to wait for them to get coffee. Third, hard to hear the guide several times. Fourth over half of our group (a family) had to stop and get food - this was NOT a food tour and so again we waited at least 20-25 minutes for this large group to buy food. And last but not least, this large group in our tour (I think an extended family) which held the rest of us up- stiffed the tour guide - giving her only a 20,000 pesos note. For 9-10 people - really chintzy on their part and especially as we all had to wait for their group to buy food. Better tools should be offered to the tour leader to say - just take a picture of this place but we don’t have time now. Quite disappointed especially as we had an amazing tour with your company yesterday.
Awesome not to be missed tour of the amazing street art here. So glad we took this tour - great insight into this city!
