I got a whatsapp message a day prior. Mesaage was stating that tour starts @ 11 am instead of 10:30, I confirmed receiving updates via mesaging. I got to the meeting point @ exactly 11:02. Noone was there!!! I ran around plaza and followed 3 other groups, unfortunately for me - not english speakers. When reached back to the company via WhatsApp - didnt hear anything back. Very disapointed and missed the opportunity to book with other more reliable company. Thank you.
