I was informed too late that the tour was canceled, after the meeting time. Tour guide said I had to cancel it, otherwise she would have to pay a fee. I'm very disappointed about it. She offered to send me recommendations, but I declined.

Hello Tamra, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the tour did not take place today because we had cancellations, and you were the only participant for the walking tour. We attempted to contact you earlier to inform you of the situation but did not receive a response or confirmation response. We understand how disappointing this must be and are truly sorry for any frustration this may have caused. We are committed to providing a better experience and would like to offer you a complimentary tour for tomorrow if you are still here in Toulouse. Please let us know if you would be interested in rescheduling. Again, as stated we do apologize
