Regarding the nature of our tours: GuruWalk's "free tour" model is designed so that guests pay what they feel the experience was worth. In over 10 years of leading tours, this is the first time he has received feedback of this nature. His intention was simply to create a relaxed atmosphere within what was a small group of six people. In smaller groups, guides often engage more with guests, and talking about people's hometowns and backgrounds is something our guides and guests usually enjoy, it's their way of connecting with the people they meet. The conversations were never intended to make anyone feel singled out, but rather to find common ground and something everyone could relate to.
