Hi Jenna. I hope you are well. I deeply regret what happened, but due to a terminal illness of a close relative, my life recently has been difficult. In reality, I thought I had the slot blocked, since I spent the night at the hospital close to my daugther. I woke up at 11 and 3 minutes realizing that I had forgotten to block the tour. Now I have help with appointment management, and I renew my commitment to improving as much as possible. I hope you have the best holidays and experiences.
