I had a fantastic experience on Patrick’s **Great Fire of London walking tour**. Patrick is an incredibly engaging guide who really brings the history of London to life. He explained the events of 1666 in a way that was both informative and entertaining, connecting the different locations in the city with vivid stories and historical details. What I especially appreciated was how clearly he explained the sequence of events — from how the fire started in Pudding Lane to how it spread through the city and ultimately reshaped London. Walking through the actual streets where it all happened made the history feel real. Patrick was also very friendly and welcoming, encouraging questions and making sure everyone in the group was involved. The pace of the tour was comfortable, and you could tell he is genuinely passionate about London’s history. If you enjoy history, storytelling, and exploring the city on foot, I would highly recommend this tour. It’s a great way to understand one of the most important events in London’s history while seeing the city from a different perspective.
