We always take walking tours when we travel so we knew what to expect. From booking until the end Bruce has been very helpful and great with communication. The tour was very nice, it was only our family and one more person. Bruce is very knowledgeable and passionate about Chicago, we felt really welcomed by him and left loving the city!
