Hi Letizia. Thank you so much for your review. I appreciate it.
1. We had tourists before didn't give our guide tip after the tour. People travel to 3nd world country and act like that, I wonder how local economy can grow?
2. I always send a message before the tour start to be clear for both, you get the informations and can cancel if you feel uncomfortable. We can't do the tour if it doesn't pay enough us to live in Hanoi. So it's fair enough for both.
3. Please note that we always have this sentence on description: "Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that HE OR SHE CONSIDERS APPROPRIATE (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour)." So it's you didn't read it before, it's NOT fraud and false advertising.

4. Words are also a kind of weapon. It reflects your personality. Please think carefully before you want to judge someone else's character with terrible words like "fraud". For us, money is important but ethics are much more important.
Kind regards,
