Thanks for your feedback! Let us explain you why no show today! We clearly stated at the itinerary. If you book the tour at the last minutes(You booked our tour half an hour before our starting time) you definitely need the confirmation from us! As you mentioned tour was confirmed by the system? We did not have your booking in our system. Only we knew it while you called our hotline number at the starting time. Our guide was on a private tour and can not return your call but gave you message through guru walk as we don't accept last minutes tour but told you to reschedule it if you want. We are very upset for ONE STAR review and for misunderstanding between us. If you are still in Yangon tomorrow, we can send our guide for you(Only if you want) Hit us a message and we would be very happy to arrange for you. Have a good day!
