Terrible tour!!!! The guide was 25mins late! And the whole tour he made excauses of why he was later! Then he also kept telling the people who were there still to hurry over and over! The guide looked and smelled like a homeless person! Not a single person in the group could understand anything he said and he had to repeat everything multiple times for anyone to figure out what he said and they would tell the rest of the group! We never went to places he said we were going!! This tour with him was a complete and utter waste of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY! AGIAN 25 MINS LATE AND MADE EXCAUSES! HE ALSO CURSED AT A WOMEN IN THE TOUR! I WISH I COULD SHOW YOU HOW UN PROFESSIONAL HE LOOKED , HE LOOKED A D SMELLED LIKE A HOMELESS PERSON. ONLY REASON ANY OF US GAVE HIM MONEY WAS BECAUSE WE FELT SORRY FOR HIM!
I was the 1st one to arrive. The 1st guide told me my guide had no arrived yet and to have a seat on the stairs and they would call me over when the guide arrived. 2 other guide arrived and they all leave and no one called me over and I was completely ignored! Rude ignoran guides! Don't waste your time. They don't care about you, your time or your experience! These clowns in florence are so over paid. Thanks for wasting my day in florence!
