Vedran was well informed and knowledgeable. This a history tour. Particularly hisory of Dubrovnik up until the dissolution of Yugoslavia. The Balkan conflict is touched on. If you're hoping for a few Game of Thrones references another tour would be better.
With Budva being small, the old town has limited sites of interest. That said, Miljan did a good job of pointing out things that would not be obvious to the casual observer. His pride in his heritage and his passion for architecture and history shone through.
