Excellent Tour! Gajendra was my tour guide for this very interesting walk. He picked me up at my Hotel and off we went. He was so very knowledgable and shared the history of Old Delhi with great pride. The walk started with at the Old Fort and then wound its way through a number of temples, markets and food stalls. My favourite stops were the bird hospital, the "soup kitchen" and the spice market. At the spice market we went to the roof top and looked at all of the old merchant buildings while enjoying a wonderful cup of Chai tea. This was my first time in India and Gajanendra gave me a beautiful view of the many layers and mysteries that are India. Not only did he show all of the tourist stops but he gave me glimpses of the real history and people of Delhi! I enjoyed this walk so much that I booked Gajendra for the following day to do a "New Delhi" walk! Thank you Gajendra for showing me your so beautiful and interesting city.
