My wife and I, along with our young son have done many city walking tour over the last few years, and I have to say, none was better than this one in Tallinn, Estonia. Kadja was our guide and she was simply amazing. Her command of the English language combined with her boundless energy, enthusiasm and knowledge was truly amazing. We would highly recommend this tour of Tallinn, however, just a final thought: we were a large group and some people were ultra-stingy with their tips. An American couple giving all of €10 and also a couple of older English men who were together, who proudly exclaimed how amazing our guide was and that ‘she was one of the best ever’, and then proceeded to insult her with €10 between them. Seriously guys, what a joke; I was embarrassed to be English. Please people, pay what these amazing people are worth and stop being so selfish.
Really enjoyed our walking tour of Bilbao with Miguel. We have visited Bilbao a few times in the past (just passing through) and never really realised just how beautiful it is. Miguel bought all this to life and gave us some fantastic information in a very entertaining style. Because of this, we will be arranging a long weekend trip to discover more of this beautiful city. This GuruWalk is highly recommended.
Really enjoyable tour with our super-nice and very sweet guide, Gemma. Only low point was the pitiful payments given over by my fellow travellers at the end of the tour. Please note everyone: €5-10 is a shockingly stingy payment from a single person, but from a couple, as I witnessed from several people, is an abysmal insult to the professionalism of this lovely lady.
