The guide should have had at least an umbrella or some visible marker to help identify the group. On the day of our tour, the guide was leading a large group, and the city was hosting a public event with heavy crowds. As we moved from one stop to the next, some members of our group got separated because we couldn’t easily spot the guide. While we eventually rejoined the group, we missed part of the explanation at that stop. After that, it was interesting the tour, but could be a better experience.
Although we arrived late, we were still able to join the group at their third stop, and it turned out to be an incredible experience. Javi, our guide, struck the perfect balance between professionalism and humor as he revealed the hidden gems of Bologna. I highly recommend this tour!
Marco was an amazing guru 🫶🏼 it was a large group but he could handle it really well. He learn the name of the people and that makes a difference to other large groups experiences. The only thing i didn’t like, it was i send some messages by the app and WhatsApp and i didn’t get an answer.
